Taiwan Infectious Disease Map (https://id.geohealth.tw/) is created by the authors leading by Ta-Chien Chan. It utilizes infectious-disease-related statistical data from Taiwan CDC. We then automatically bridge this data into our database daily and calculate the age-adjusted incidence rate by annual census data and 2000 WH0 standard population. The spatial hotspots of the selected infectious diseases are detected online by spatial statistics. The ranking of the disease incidence in the city or township level can be explored by bar charts. The spatio-temporal trend and demographic profiles of the selected disease can be examined by the interactive maps and statistical charts. The health education button can directly link to an introduction to the selected infectious disease maintained by the Taiwan CDC.
